These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Scan & Create on Google Play ("App") and Selene QR: Scan&Create on App store ("App"), developed by Jaroslava Libman, Strojnicka 11, Prague 7, Czech Republic (“we”, “us”). Access and use of the App is free (except in-app purchases) and implies full acceptance of these Terms in their current version. Read carefully before using; if you disagree, do not use the App. You confirm legal capacity to accept these obligations.

Acceptance and Modifications
By downloading/installing/using the App, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy (https://seleneqrapp.webflow.io/privacy-policy). Internet transmissions are not fully secure; data may be intercepted despite encryption. We may update Terms anytime—minor/operational changes without notice, substantial changes notified in-app for acceptance. Updates do not apply retroactively.
App Description and Technical Requirements
The App enables local QR code/barcode scanning, generation, and creation. Minimum requirements: Updated Android/iOS, sufficient storage, stable internet for downloads/IAP. Maintain device updates/internet; we do not guarantee performance on non-compliant devices. No liability for interruptions, reduced functionality, or incompatibility.
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to:
- Use App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes
- Comply with app rules, Privacy Policy, and applicable laws
- Be 18+ years or have parental consent (no child-directed features)
Prohibited:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying App or code
- Copying, distributing, selling App content/IP
- Using for fraud, malware, spam, or illegal activities
- Interfering with App/server operation or other users
- Automated access (bots, scraping) without permission
Third-Party Services
In-app purchases via RevenueCat/Google Play/Apple IAP are governed by their terms. Ads via AdMob. We assume no responsibility for third-party services, rewards, or content—review their policies. Links/offers do not imply endorsement; you bear all risks/costs.
Intellectual Property
All App rights (code, designs, graphics, trademarks) owned by us exclusively. We grant limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license for use per Terms—no ownership transfer. No reproduction/distribution without written consent.
Copyright Claims: Notify seleneappscustomer@gmail.com with: (1) claimant's details, (2) work description, (3) infringing location, (4) infringement statement under penalty of perjury, (5) signature. We may remove content pending review; repeat infringers terminated.
User Content and Privacy
Scanned/generated QR data stays local—no upload/storage by us. Support queries per Privacy Policy. You grant us non-exclusive license for feedback/suggestions.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
App provided "as is" without warranties (express/implied) for merchantability, fitness, or error-free operation. No guarantee of uninterrupted access, virus-free content, or compatibility. To the maximum extent permitted by Czech/EU law, we disclaim liability for indirect/special/consequential damages, data loss, or third-party claims from App use. Sole remedy: stop using App.
Termination and Account Actions
We may suspend/terminate access anytime for violations, without notice/liability. You may uninstall anytime.
Severability
If any provision invalid, remainder remains effective; invalid clause replaced to match intent.
Governing Law and DisputesGoverned by Czech law. Disputes submitted to Prague courts. EU consumer protections apply.
